This workshop will look at your approach to your poetry and help with understanding submissions, rejections and publication. There will be ample advice on setting yourself targets for your work in terms of quality of writing a well as readiness for submission and publication. The workshop will cover the submissions process and will also include an opportunity to edit a selection of your work and to create at least one new piece of writing.

About the Workshop Leader -the workshop will be facilitated by Les Robinson, Director of tall-lighthouse press. tall-lighthouse are a dynamic poetry business who are building a solid reputation for their work both on and off the page – recent successes are two PBS Pamphlet Choices and three of this years five Gregory Award winners are tall-lighthouse poets. tall-lighthouse also work in conjunction with THE SOUTH in organizing regular events in Brighton as well as their own events in London, Cambridge & Exeter.
